Hi, sorry for posting under the wrong post. But this was the only way to contact you.

As a fan of your work and the Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness enthusiast I tried to re-create the Obscura paintings.(There are several posts about this in the Tomb Raider forums) Reverse engineering all those medieval paintings was quite hard I have to say. :)

Is it okay if I ask some little questions about this? I know that many of the team members don't exactly have very fond memories of the whole process, and some of this stuff are probably difficult to remember after all those years. But please answer at least one of the questions. :)

1- Were the paintings themselves trying to tell a story?
- There are monks and knight skeletons... were they just symbolic?

2- I tried to find the green cover area surrounding the 5th painting. With birds and other medieval symbols surrounding it. Was it an original creation?

3-In the painting with the knight horse and the red monks, I looked everyone on the internet for the red monk, and checked all the Northern Renaissance paintings with no luck. Were they separate pieces altogether? Or were they red at all in the original medieval painting?

4- Only two of the paintings showed up in the game. Was it always the intention? Because due to a mistake on the programmers part other two paintings appear completely out of context. ( During the museum robbery cutscene, the character Kurtis takes the painting with the castle from Lara. ( Although Lara stole the painting with the Angels from the tomb). Something similar happens later in the game. Lara takes the death painting, but throws the painting with the red angel/devil in front of the castle.

5-That room with the dead skeleton reading a book. (It also appears in the concept art). Was that area elsewhere entirely? That area looks a bit Germanic. Am I correct in my assumption? That area appeared in Prague in game.

6- Also another question about some of the concept arts. What was the deal with the crucified skeleton concept art? It is not found in the game. Was it planned as a dream sequence?

7- I know that most of the concept arts were lost, and some of them are not released online. Was there ever any concept art related to the Strahov Library? There was an Angel of Darkness Visa commercial with that area. It looked like a great area to be included in AOD.

Thank you...
